Having left Boston, his nagging ex-wife and his practice behind, Frasier has started a new life as a call-in radio shrink in his home town of Seattle. Everything is fine until his psychiatrist brother, Niles and his grumpy blue-collared ex-cop father, Martin come to live with Frasier bringing a tattered favourite chair and a small catatonic dog, Eddie.
