Buds father, Big Bud, is accused of defrauding the Navy during his stint as Master Chief on board the USS Wake Island. The ever-crafty Big Bud asks his son to defend him.

Harm consults a civilian ophthalmologist about his night vision problem and finds that he has been misdiagnosed. He does not have night-blindness. He has blurred vision caused by scars which can be removed by laser surgery.

Harm is thrown into total disarray when he sees visions of his father, and gets phone calls from him. He even begins to wonder if he is mentally ill until he finds evidence that someone is tampering with his mind, and that this someone is his avowed enemy

Poor Harm. His beautiful 1968 crimson Corvette, which had belonged to his father, and which he had lovingly restored, is stolen. He gets scant sympathy from his JAG colleagues, and even less from the police when the remains are found.

Roscoe is implicated in the suicide of a fellow psychiatric patient. Once again, he calls on Harm to help him. As Roscoes trial proceeds, deeper issues emerge. Roscoe tries to use the courtroom to mount his crusade.

A marine corporal shoots the accused assassin he is guarding, on national television. Harm is given the almost impossible task of defence counsel. It quickly becomes apparent that all is not as it may seem.

Lt.Commander Rice refused to fire at an Iraqi aircraft about to attack his wingman. Harm and Mac fail to find any grounds to back his claim that he was ordered to hold fire. Rice finally admits that he believed it was the voice of God talking to him.

A reputable television reporters sensational story accuses the U.S. military of chemical warfare - using sarin gas on fellow Americans during the Gulf War. He has a videotape from the mission and eyewitnesses to support the story.

Macs ex-con husband, Christopher Ragle, is murdered. Mac is found on the scene with her fingerprints on the smoking gun. She is arrested, along with ex-lover and former commanding officer, Lt.Col. Farrow.
Series 4 / Episode 10
Harms oldest friend, Lt.Cmdr. Jack Keeter, is taken prisoner by the Iranians when his plane developed problems and he was forced to eject in the desert. Harm and Mac are sent to Iran to represent him in his trial on charges of espionage.

This is JAGs Christmas episode. A snow storm blankets the city. Macs little sister, Chloe, runs away from home to spend Christmas with her. Meanwhile, Chegwidden cannot get a flight to Italy to spend Christmas with his daughter.
Series 4 / Episode 23
Harm hands in his request to have his designator changed back to naval aviator. Meanwhile, Harriet goes into labour, coincidentally at the same time as Buds latest client.
Series 4 / Episode 24
Harms request for a change in his designator, from JAG lawyer back to naval aviator, is approved. But before he makes his final decision, he gets word that Annies killer, Charlie Lynch, has killed again, and is now hunting for Annies twin, Darlyn.
Series 4 / Episode 12
The barkeep at a local watering hole much-favoured by sailors is beaten up. He points the finger at three crewmen from the USS Montana. Harm and Mac are assigned to the volatile investigation.
Series 4 / Episode 13
Three UN peacekeepers, taken hostage by terrorists in Kosovo, are killed by their captors before a SEAL team could rescue them. The commander of the SEAL team is charged with manslaughter. Mac is assigned to defend, with Bud as her assistant.
Series 4 / Episode 14
What appears to be Clayton Webbs badly burnt body is discovered aboard an abandoned ship. In the process of trying to find Webbs murderer, Harm and Mac uncover a plot by Harms avowed enemy, Clark Palmer, to steal a top-secret super conductor.
Lt. Rivers and his SEAL team are on a training mission when they are fired upon. Rivers returns fire, and discovers that the shooter was a 14-year-old boy, defending his uncle, who is wanted by the FBI.
Series 4 / Episode 16
The USS Watertown surfaced during an international regatta, sinking a Norwegian boat in the process. Harm and Mac are sent to investigate.
Series 4 / Episode 17
A little girl is bludgeoned to death on a naval base. Harm finds himself taking a personal interest in the case and the nameless dead child.
Series 4 / Episode 18
The USS Coral Sea lost all power during action in the no-fly zone in the Persian Gulf. Harm and Mac are sent to investigate. There, Harm finds his love for flying getting stronger and stronger as he spends time with the naval aviators on board ship.
